This item is about 44 inches in height with head dimensions 10.5 x4.5x3.5 inches.

The head and decor are 3D printed from PLA, while the handle and supports are PVC.
This item comes in 3 main parts that slip together. Using PVC Cement and Primer is recommended if you choose to bond them permanently.
